Estamos en busquéda de un Customer Service Analyst en nuestra planta de Gomez Palacio Durango
**Responsabilidades**:
- Establecer la produccion maestra de producción para 12 semanas.
- Mantener los níveles de inventario de producto terminado de acuerdo a los dias de inventario asignados al cliente.
- On time Delivery (Cumplir con el tiempo de entrega para evitar penalizaciones)
- Mantener Cero Expeditados.
- Nívelar al produccion (que el nívelde producción no varíe demasiado) dentro de la capacidad por la linea.
- Realizar comunicación con el cliente, con el proposito de informar sobre el proceso de embarque y producción.
**Requisitos**:
- Licenciatura (Ingeniería, Gestión de la Cadena de Suministro, Economía o campo relacionado y/o más de 4 años de experiência relacionada)
- Amplio conocimiento en Análisis de Demanda de Clientes
- Amplias habilidades y conocimientos de MPS
- Fuertes habilidades de negociación con clientes.
- Fuertes habilidades de liderazgo
- Más de 4 años de experiência en el campo de la cadena de suministro (particularmente dentro de la industria automotriz o electrónica)
- Experiência en la industria Automotriz y/o Electrónica
- Bilingüe español-inglés
