**Customer Service Sr. Analyst**

Responsible for direct customer service activities, giving support and making solutions of medium complexity problems of internal/ external clients. Interacts with other collaborators and suppliers, solving customers´ problems.

**Responsibilities/ Skills.**
- Manages demand information from EDI in order to provide accurate requirements to the manufacturing plant.
- Recognize and interpret both history and forecasts through strong numeracy skills.
- Monitors and verifies EDI transmissions, which includes entering, modifying or cancelling orders or lines. Identify increases or determine/follow up on Past due requirements by customer.
- Ensures 100% accuracy on the demand/requirements from the customer.
- Establishes priorities for production through strong communication skills and by analyzing usage at customer’s plant.
- Receives, assesses and conveys Customer inquiries and complaints to the appropriate PKC team. Follows up until conclusion.
- Fosters on time delivery by monitoring requirements, scheduling appropriate shipping methods, providing clear information to the manufacturing plant.
- Negotiates shipping plans, chargebacks and other related topics with the customer in order to find the best outcomes for both ends. Comply with the fulfil environmental, safety and health legal requirements set out in the legislation and regulations of our customers and other applicable stakeholder’s requirements to whom we are related to our activities and products, as well as those EHS requirements established by the Company.**Profile required**

**Education and Experience**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in international business, Management, Industrial Engineering or equivalent. Advanced English skills (fluent)**Skills/ Knowledge requirements**:
