Playa Hotels & Resorts, somos una prestigiosa cadena hotelera con propiedades en los destinos más exclusivos del mundo, está buscando contratar a un Payment Support Agent para unirse a nuestro equipo. Como Payment Support Agent, serás responsable de asegurar que todas las reservaciones de prepago de Playa Hotels and Resorts tengan realizados sus pagos antes de la llegada del huésped.

Responsabilidades del puesto:

- Procesar y administrar los pagos de los huéspedes en línea con las políticas y procedimientos establecidos.
- Resolver consultas y problemas relacionados con pagos y transacciones financieras, brindando un servicio al cliente de primer nível.
- Coordinar con los departamentos de reservas y finanzas para garantizar una comunicación efectiva y eficiente.
- Mantener un registro preciso de las transacciones financieras y los pagos realizados.
- Investigar y resolver cualquier discrepancia o error en los pagos, siguiendo los procedimientos internos establecidos.
- Brindar orientación y asesoramiento a los huéspedes en relación con métodos de pago y políticas de la empresa.

Habilidades y requisitos:

- Experiência previa en un puesto similar es altamente deseable.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita, con capacidad para explicar conceptos complejos de manera clara y concisa.
- Fuertes habilidades de resolución de problemas y capacidad para tomar decisiones rápidas.
- Atención al detalle y altos estándares de precisión en el trabajo.
- Capacidad para trabajar bien tanto en equipo como de forma independiente.
- Orientación al cliente y habilidades para manejar situaciones y clientes difíciles.
- Conocimiento práctico de los sistemas de gestión de reservas y pago será considerado una ventaja.
