Estamos en busqueda de un **Project Controls Analyst** que investigue y analice datos para ayudar a los objetivos generales de los grupos mediante el seguimiento del presupuesto, la previsión de las necesidades financieras, el seguimiento del cumplimiento y la realización de análisis de datos ad hoc para los miembros del grupo.

**Responsabilidades laborales**
- Coordinar con los equipos de proyecto para producir resultados financieros para uso interno y externo, lo que implica dominar el módulo de costos laborales dentro del sistema de software de contabilidad JDE.
- Revisar el estado actual del proyecto y el rendimiento previsto.
- Definir y comunicar los presupuestos de los proyectos.
- Identificar y resolver riesgos y discrepancias o variaciones financieras.
- Supervisar cierres de proyectos, cronogramas y procesos de actualización.
- Cree informes, pronósticos financieros y ajústelos a las tendencias conocidas.

**Experiência y requisitos**
- Licenciatura en Administración de Empresas o Gestión de la Construcción y 4 años de experiência, o más de 9 años de experiência en lugar de título.
- Conocimientos específicos, habilidades, licencias, certificaciones, etc.
- Se prefiere experiência en un entorno de contratación comercial.
- Es preferible subestimar el desarrollo y los controles de costos y cronogramas.
- Se requiere una sólida capacidad analítica con excelentes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita.
- Se prefiere el conocimiento del software de contabilidad JDE.
