**General Description**:
Supports assigned dealerships Parts & Service Operations to achieve district’s sales objectives for parts, service and wholesale sales targets. Assesses parts and service operations through routine contact and site visits.

Identifies areas of improvement and convinces dealership Parts & Service management to make improvements and take corrective actions to drive P&S sales. Helps identify best in class dealerships practices and recommends incorporation into programs and policies.

Visits to Dealers located nationwide in various cities (Mexican Republic).

**Responsibilities**:
Conducts routine dealership visits to review operations and meet with vehicle sales staff, management and Dealer Principal to assess all aspects of sales operations.

Routinely reviews Parts & Service sales reports and financial statements with P&S management to monitor financial strength of Parts & Service operations and compliance with company standards and agreements. Monitors cash flow, inventory, and capital. Questions accuracy and accounting if needed. Assists AGM and dealership management to improve financial strength through increased Parts & Service sales and operations.

Works with Dealer Principal to establish Fixed Absorption Rate and ROS goal and plans to achieve them.

Reviews and monitors marketing and advertising plans for dealerships and assesses current effectiveness of their efforts. Suggests new marketing programs and techniques providing proven results. Demonstrates potential positive impact to dealerships financial statements to achieve dealership “buy-in” and support.

Ensures that they comply with rules and requirements for incentive payments. Analyze reports and sales results and demonstrate programs’ financial impacts on dealerships to management.

Monitors parts inventories and understands dealership tracking systems.

Ensures inventory levels are efficient to provide timely service for customers. Ensures that service operations are ready to support commercial vehicles, fleet vehicles, electric vehicles and other specialty lines.

Promote Technician certification training and supports recognition and in achievements. Understands sources of customer complaints and addresses with management.

**Education/Certifications**:
Business administration Degree or similar

Previous Work Experience

After Sales operation.

Sales & Marketing areas.

Customer Satisfaction.

Other Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

**Language**: Advanced Level of English

**Travel %**: 80%

**Must have**:
Driver’s License

**Computer Skills**: Microsoft Office & Systems relates to Data Base administration

**Competencies**:
