**¿A quién buscamos?**
Estamos en búsqueda de un/a Head of Sales para nuestra oficina en Ciudad de México. Para ello, buscamos una persona con ganas de resolver los grandes desafíos de crecimiento que tenemos en el mercado mexicano, alguien con experiência previa en la gestión de equipos comerciales que liderará nuestros equipos de ventas inbound y outbound con el fin de impulsar las ventas locales.
**¿Qué harás?**
- Trabajar en colaboración con otros departamentos para desarrollar y ejecutar planes de ventas estratégicos
- Eficientar y optimizar el proceso de ventas en todas sus etapas (desde generación de demanda hasta levantar los cambios necesarios en el producto)
- Dirigir y motivar a los equipos de ventas inbound y outbound para lograr los objetivos de ingresos y cuota de mercado
- Identificar oportunidades de optimización de los procesos, del producto y de la estrategia de marketing a través del análisis recurrente del embudo de ventas en el CRM
- Crear y mantener relaciones a largo plazo con clientes estratégicos
- Participar activamente en la inducción, el desempeño y la formación continua de las fuerzas de ventas localesMantenerse al día con las tendencias del mercado y la competencia
- Tener muy buen conocimiento de las necesidades y objeciones de los leads y clientes con el fin de continuamente mejorar su experiência
