**Objetivo del puesto**:
Brindar apoyo a jefe directo en la administración y optimización de los distintos CRMs de la empresa, garantizando la precisión de los datos, el control de los procesos, y facilitando el correcto uso del sistema.
**Principales funciones y actividades**:
- Asistir en la actualización de políticas para garantizar la correcta gestión de CRM en el proceso comercial.
- Colaborar en la documentación de procesos, asegurando que cumplen con los requisitos de negocio.
- Apoyo en la revisión y validación de la información introducida en CRM.
- Apoyo en implementaciones de mejoras para CRM.
- Contribuir en la creación y optimización de automatizaciones de marketing.
- Brindar soporte operativo en la gestión de CRM para asegurar el buen uso de la herramienta.
- Apoyar a jefe directo en la evaluación de nuevas herramientas para el área de marketing.
- Colaborar en la configuración de herramientas de marketing.
**Requisitos**:
- Escolaridad: Lic. Informática/ sistemas o carrera afín.
- Experiência: 1 año de experiência en sistemas de información.
