We're looking for a **EUC Engineer**
**Location: Mexico
- remote**
**Job Responsabilities**
**Job Description;**
**Responsible for developing, maintaining, and supporting technical infrastructure, hardware, and system software components**
**for small
- to mid-sized projects.**
**Major Tasks, Responsibilities, and Key Accountabilities**
- **Performs installation, configuration, maintenance, debugging and support for systems software/hardware, including**
**implementation support for multiple infrastructure platforms on mid-sized and smaller projects.**
- **Tunes platforms to ensure expected availability and performance levels are achieved. Performs root cause analyses for**
**service interruption recoveries. Creates preventative measures and presents to management.**
- **Identifies and tests processes for automation. Performs configuration prior to the quality assurance process.**:
- **Develops expert knowledge of industry best practices and uses that knowledge to provide technical support to project team**
**members.**
- **Provides 24/7 on-call support for assigned systems, including investigating and troubleshooting problems.**:
- **Discusses issues with users and translates issues to determine appropriate technical solutions**.
**Preferred Qualifications**
- **3-5 years of systems engineering experience preferred.**:
- **Demonstrated effective verbal, written, and organizational skills.**:
- **Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.**:
- **Experience operating with mínimal supervision.**
**Technologies - Ivanti EPM, Ivanti UVM, Microsoft Windows10/11 Administration, Application Packaging, Printer Management, Desktop Management, Mac Management.**
