About the role:
This role leads all the agave supply chain end to end logistics process from the fields to the distilleries, overseeing the timely, efficient and cost-effective end to end management of the agave supply chain, always maintaining compliance as a priority for the process.

Top 3-5 Accountabilities:
- Crafting the Agave Logistics Operations Process including but not limited to logistics greenfield analysis, systems, and controls.- Managing and implementing the Agave Logistics Operations Process achieving the leanest and most optimum logistic end to end cost and sugar concentration optimization.- Assuring and administrating CRT requirements commitment throughout the indicated E2E scope.- Guaranteeing, supervising and reporting key logistics performance metrics such as Quantity, Quality, Cost, On Time, On Site.- Coordinate and/or collaborate with cross functional teams to ensue internal and clients (own and third party distilleries) and external clients (agave supplying partners), the highest satisfaction levels.- Team development.

Qualifications and Experience Required:
- Bachelors or master’s degree in the Supply Chain or related field- At least 5 years of experience in supply Chain role or operations within a CPG company.- Ability to identify, conceptualize, structure and solve problems with a clear analytic and data-driven approach.- Proven experience in successfully handling logistics intelligence - technology within logistics companies of short life cycle products.- Strong leadership and communication.- Experience managing a team and driving exceptional team performance with a strong result delivery focus.- Clear knowledge of the Tequila & mezcal origin certification standards (desirable).-
- Advanced level of Spanish and English communication skills (speaking, writing, listening), within a business context environment.
