Es responsable de actividades y procesos que ayudan a las organizaciones de ventas a lograr los objetivos del negocio.
**Lo que harás**:
- Dar soporte al equipo comercial en la parte de servicio.
- Genera contratos, cotizaciones, manejo de varias herramientas, manejo de políticas internas, etc.
- Proceso interno de facturación, proceso interno para que esa orden se refleje en nuestros sistemas.
- Seguimiento con cliente interno, que es el equipo comercial y en algunos casos con clientes externos.
**Lo que necesitas tener**:
- Licenciatura concluida en Administración o afín. (título indispensable)
- Inglés intermedio avanzado (comunicación con el equipo en Brasil)
- Al menos 1 año de experiência en funciones administrativas.
- Organización, orientación al detalle y comunicación a todos los níveles.
- Proactividad, ganas de aprender.
- Deseable conocimiento de Salesforce y procesos de facturación.
