**Requirements**:
- Licenciatura o Ingeniería en Sistemas y afines.
- Maestría o post grado en materia de TI, Ciberseguridad y/o Innovación Tecnológica (deseable)
- Experiência en el sector bancario, fintech, star up, digital y/o financiero.
- +4 años en posiciones de management en materia de Tecnología Digital.
- Experiência en la evaluación, selección y gestión de proveedores de tecnología.
- Conocimiento en metodologías ágiles.
- Inglés.
- Conocimientos de la Normativa vigente aplicable a Instituciones Financieras en materia de tecnología y operaciones.
**RESPONSABILIDADES**:
1. Liderar la ejecución del plan de implementación integral considerando los sistemas del Model Bank, así como los planes de implementación tecnológica de cada uno de los canales digitales.
2. Asegurar la correcta implementación del modelo tecnológico local asegurando las implementaciones, cambios al Model Bank para los productos y canales digitales.
3. Apoyar en la definición y especificación de los requerimientos locales para la implementación del Model Bank en México para la oferta de los productos y los canales digitales.
4. Supervisar y apoyar en la correcta implementación de los gaps regulatorios.
5. Apoyar en la implementación de los sistemas, proveedores y procesos para la oferta de productos en México, así como de los canales digitales.
6. Ayudar en la coordinación con los equipos locales y globales de los requerimientos tecnológicos asociados a funcionalidades y/o productos y canales digitales asegurando la implementación de los desarrollos necesarios.
