Our Supply Chain and Manufacturing team are problem-solvers, sourcing, producing and delivering our much-loved brands to delight customers around the globe. Over half of Diageo’s 27,000+ people work in Supply Chain and Manufacturing. It’s an intricate and sophisticated operation that’s the product of logístical, manufacturing, and technical collaborations.

Purpose of Role:
- Customer Service Analyst is the first point of contact for customers, including EDI customers, IMC´s, 3PL (Warehouse) and Business Enterprise Operations Teams and acts as the link between Customer service, Supply Team and multifunctional areas.- Responsible for delivering high level customer service and ensuring on time, in full shipments, guaranteeing that all customer service-related queries are followed un and resolved accurately, efficiently and according to the relevant Diageo strategy.- To deliver continuous improvement in reporting order tracking, billing information through brilliant execution.- Develop service experience for Ecommerce customers.

Top Accountabilities:
- Build and maintain a high reputation on controls and reporting.- Act as the main point of contact for the tracking and status of each order.- Working in team and stakeholders- Motivates multifunctional teams, to ensure we maintain our continuous process improvement- Capable of crafting outstanding relationships with our per Analyst assigned customers- Lead and participate on different projects to improvements.- The customer service Analyst supports the logistics team in achieving its objectives measured by Case Fill Rate, OTIF and Order cycle time by having constant interaction with the sales team, Supply as well as with customers to make corrections and alerts on orders to avoid losing sales.
