**Key Responsibilities**
- **Customer Interaction**: Professionally handle inbound and outbound customer calls from your home office.
- **Sales Generation**: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to meet and exceed targets.
- **Product Knowledge**: Maintain a deep understanding of our insurance products and services.
- **Relationship Building**: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- **Problem-Solving**: Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
- **Compliance**: Adhere to all company policies and industry regulations.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams using virtual communication tools to implement strategies.
**Qualifications**
- **Experience**: Minimum of 2 years in customer service and sales roles, preferably in the insurance industry.
- **Language Skills**: Excellent proficiency in spoken and written English.
- **Communication Skills**: Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
- **Technical Requirements**: Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
