As a **Bilingual Sales & Customer Service Representative,** you’ll be part of a team of professionals dedicated to keeping our customers connected. Meet business needs by providing customer service and then cross-selling assigned products such as satellite TV, phone service, mobility, and Broadband Internet, while providing solutions and services to businesses. **To be successful working on our Sales & Customer Service team, you’ll need to**:
- Utilizing appropriate sales techniques to encourage a good customer relationship and enhance the buying experience.
- Provide customer service & billing support, solve any issue related with a customer´s account.
- Adding new lines or services to accounts to help customer´s business grow
- Uncover customer needs by building rapport, asking discovery questions, providing empathy statements, and restating the understanding of customer´s needs beyond just the resolution of the issue.
- Find a personalized solution that fits each customer. Make a recommendation (rate plan, how to reduce data usage, promotion etc.). Use your resources to ensure complete resolution.
- Products offered, Telephone Services, hotspots and device that connects with a network, also able to offer DIRECTV, Internet, programs and different type of systems for businesses.
- Type of sales: Upgrades, package change, adding new services, plan change
**Who makes a great fit for the role? There are a few must-haves**:
- Advanced English Fluency to engage with U.S. customers
- Experience using a personal computer and Microsoft Office products is a must
- One year of customer sales experience. Customer Care experience preferred.
- Ability to train/work 5 days (40 hours during operation hours) + 2 resting days per week. Our center operates from 7:00 am to 9:15 pm CST, Monday to Saturday (considering Daylight Saving Time & Holidays)
- Ability to work in a hybrid model (if required by the Business), alternating in-office work and remote work, while ensuring a suitable space to work and reliable and high-speed internet connection (at least 20mbps wired connection).
- Monthly Base Salary: MXN$18,500 (before Taxes)
- Average monthly bonus of MXN $7,000, when you meet your sales and service targets
- Monthly Grocery vouchers MXN $1,452 every 14 days
- Monthly Restaurant vouchers MXN $1,161 every 14 days

**Training Expectations**
You will be required to attend 100% of your Training at the Office (between 1-3 months). After finishing your training, your Business Unit will decide if you will work at home or at the office based on several factors, including operation’s needs, facility capacity, and overall performance. AT&T will provide the necessary equipment and you will need to provide a suitable workspace with stable internet connection (at least 20mbps wired connection) and cell phone signal. All company provided equipment must be transported home in secure and private transportation of your choice. During your 90 days trial period you will not be authorized to request vacation or personal days off.

Schedules are based on performance, seniority, and the operating hours of your site.
