Job Title: (Part-Time, Remote) Customer Service Representative

Location: Mexico City, Mexico (remote position, with in-person training and occasional in-person meetings)

Prior experience working in customer service or sales for a telecom company, such as América Móvil (Telcel, Telmex), AT&T Mexico, Grupo Televisa, Movistar (Telefónica), Megacable, Axtel, Izzi, TotalPlay, Sky Mexico or Altan Redes is essential to this position.

What You'll Do: As a Customer Service Representative, you'll serve as the frontline ambassador for a company that cares deeply about every interaction. Your role will include:

- **Connecting with Care**: Delivering outstanding customer service to our valued clients with empathy, professionalism, and a solutions-oriented mindset.
- **Solving Problems**: Handling inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and resolving concerns quickly and effectively.
- **Staying Organized**: Performing accurate data entry for shipping and onboarding processes.
- **Collaborating Closely**: Communicating daily with customers, team members, and even the CEO in an inclusive, supportive environment.

Who We're Looking For:
To excel in this rare role, you'll need:

- **Fluency in English**: Both written and spoken, with exceptional communication skills.
- **Empathy and Problem-Solving**: The ability to see problems from a customer's perspective and resolve them with care.
- **Strong Organizational Skills**: A knack for staying on top of tasks and delivering results.
- **Reliability**: A stable Wi-Fi connection, a computer, and a headset are essential for your success.

Experience, familiarity and fluency with Stripe, if demonstrated, will be a valuable component of your success. Integrating it with other software and creating/managing/interpreting reports will be other key definitive factors.

Your Success, Measured by Real Impact:
Your performance will be evaluated based on customer satisfaction scores and survey feedback, ensuring you're recognized for the incredible work you do.

Shifts Available:
Your shift will either be:

- Monday 9:00 am - 5:00 pm, Tuesday 9:00 am -5:00 pm and Wednesday 9:00 am - 1:00 pm (Eastern time)

OR
- Wednesday 1:00 pm - 5:00 pm, Thursday 9:00 am - 5:00 pm and Friday 9:00 am - 5:00 pm (Eastern time)
