**ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES**
This role is part of the Finance department.
The role is responsible for support all the revenue and pricing strategy.***
**Reports to**:Area Revenue Growth Manager
**Reporting Level**:Managerial
**Geographic Scope**:Latin America & the Caribbean
**WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR**
- Develop and execute business tracking metrics and reporting for Revenue Growth.
- Led the pricing agenda.
- Make sure that the requests are clear enough before developing the reports and dashboards.
- Feel comfortable being curious and asking business questions.
- Being accountable by making sure that the information is 100% correct and delivered on time to fulfil reports and dashboards to the team.
- Support and collaborate.
- Provide processes and performance improvement recommendations.

**ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE**
- Experience working in FMCGS
- Intercultural competencies from international experience or personal background.
- Able to work with technical analysis such as regressions, clustering, classification, dimensionality reduction, collaborative filtering is desirable.
- Excellent English and Spanish written, oral and presentation communication skills.
- Comfortable interpreting and manipulating large amounts of data.
- Need a strong work ethic and willing to learn quickly
- Demonstrated leadership skills and team-oriented activities
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in Finance
- Finance / Economics Major
- Strong experience with Microsoft Office, Excel, SAP, BI reporting
