**Job Title:** Cluster Director

**About the Role:** We are seeking a highly skilled Cluster Director to lead our revenue management efforts. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth and profitability across our portfolio of hotels.

**Key Responsibilities:**
• Develop and implement strategic revenue management plans to maximize revenue and profitability.
• Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and customer behavior to inform revenue strategies.
• Collaborate with the revenue management team to ensure accurate forecasting, budgeting, and reporting.
• Lead fortnightly revenue meetings to review performance, discuss challenges, and set goals.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including directors of sales, marketing, and revenue analysts.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to drive revenue growth and efficiency.

**Requirements:**
• Proven track record of success in revenue management, with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
