At ZALOA, we're transforming the way language is taught through innovative learning methods that use technology to empower learners and enhance their learning experience and outcomes. We serve as a bridge connecting Germany and Latin America, preparing qualified professionals who are in the process of migrating to Germany.
**What You’ll Do**:
**Customer Success and Engagement**
- Through high-touch customer engagement, develop and execute a Success Plan to help customers maximize the value from our products and services.
- Lead post-sale engagement, retention, and growth of customers in close collaboration with the Head of Customer Success.
- Support program expansion by identifying opportunities, driving business outcomes, and ensuring customers achieve success while working closely with the program team.
- Advocate for customers internally by sharing feedback and insights with Product Management, Engineering, Support, Marketing, and Sales.
**Strategy and Continuous Improvement**
- Develop and implement strategies to meet the objectives of new B2B customers.
- Identify gaps in methodologies and processes throughout the customer lifecycle and drive continuous improvement.
**Performance Analysis and Reporting**
- Analyze information and prepare performance and results reports for B2B customers (internal and external).
- Be the voice of the customer by providing regular feedback to Product and Sales teams and making proactive decisions as needed.
**Operational and Program Coordination**
- Coordinate German language training, liaising with tutors and learners.
- Participate in the evaluation of German teachers for B2B.
- Review B2B billing matters with the finance department.
