Estamos buscando el talento de **Customer Success Manager **cuya experiência contribuya al aseguramiento de estimaciones de proyectos así como Demos con clientes o potenciales.

**Requisitos**
- Experiência a cargo de proyectos dónde tuviera contacto con clientes
- Establecer relaciones sólidas y duraderas con los clientes manteniéndose en comunicación constante, escuchando y resolviendo problemas de manera eficiente con soluciones alternativas de acuerdo a sus necesidades.
- Acompañar e informar al cliente oportunamente del Handoff de acuerdo a las etapas en el ciclo de vida.

Actividades:
Ser embajador de nuestros productos educando a los clientes potenciales sobre las capacidades de adoptar nuevos productos / servicios para satisfacer nuevas necesidades.

Evaluar la gestión de riesgos para cada cliente y evitar proactivamente la insatisfacción o la pérdida de negocios y, en última instancia, impulsar la retención y el incremento de las ventas o ventas cruzadas a lo largo del ciclo de vida del cliente.

Identificar, priorizar e informar de las actualizaciones de productos / servicios que reflejen las solicitudes de los clientes, la industria, el mercado y las tendencias de la competencia e informe a las partes interesadas clave.

Ofrecer ideas para la construcción de negocios que permitan a nuestros clientes ser más eficientes en la forma en que hacen negocios con nosotros.

Proporcionar información y transmitir la voz del cliente a los equipos internos, incluidos Ventas, Marketing, Producto, Soporte técnico, Operaciones, Finanzas e Ingeniería de Software.
