**Qualifications**:
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales or demand generation roles, preferably in the B2B SaaS Industry, Consulting or Marketing.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets with excellent communication skills.
- Strong understanding of market dynamics, prospect needs and industry trends.
- Results-oriented mindset with a strong drive to achieve and exceed sales targets, quotas, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to articulate complex concepts to clients in a clear and compelling manner.
- You have a strong grasp of current digital marketing / lead generation strategies with direct experience designing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns

- Proven ability to identify and research potential clients, generate leads, and initiate outreach strategies to engage prospects effectively.
- Experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to track leads, manage client interactions, and maintain accurate records of sales activities.
- Strong understanding of market trends, industry developments, and competitor offerings. Ability to analyze market data and customer behavior to identify opportunities for business growth.
- Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks, manage multiple leads simultaneously, and meet deadlines. Ability to balance proactive lead generation with responsive client communication.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing market conditions, client preferences, and industry trends. Willingness to learn about new products, industries, and sales techniques to stay ahead in a competitive market.
