We are looking for a skilled and motivated Lead Generation Executive to join our team and help us expand our reach in the Canadian and US markets.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Market Research and Prospecting**: Conduct market research to identify potential clients in the Canadian and US markets. Develop a targeted list of prospects using various tools and methods.

**Database Management**:Maintain and update the CRM with accurate and detailed information about leads and prospects. Track and report on lead generation activities and results.

**Collaboration and Coordination**:Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and refine lead generation strategies. Provide feedback and insights on lead quality and campaign effectiveness.

**Qualifications**:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 2-4 years of experience in lead generation, sales, or a related role within the IT services industry
