**About the opportunity**:
An exciting opportunity has arisen in FCM, Flight Centre Travel Group Corporate Brand in Mexico City.

As Onboarding and Training manager you will be responsible for the development and implementation of training plans to support the objectives of the organization.

You will also be responsible for all training programs ensuring onboarding for new hires, new training and development programs.

This position will ensure productivity and employee training, The position goal is to increase strategic training to achieve Flight Centre Travel Group training needs.

**Who you are**:

- Strong business acumen with detailed understanding of all FCTG brands and businesses and the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Customer focused, providing outstanding service to internal business partners and other teams.
- Strong training designing and employee development.
- An excellent communicator who presents ideas and concepts logically and clearly, practices information sharing and active listening.
- Strong people skills in the context of internal and external parties.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Onboarding for new hires.
- Training needs detection.
- Training and upskilling of FCM Staff as needed.
- Development and documentation of the training program for new hires and FCTG staff.
- Feedback and management performance training for leaders and general staff.
- Develop structured approach and framework for resolving key business problems.
- Present clear recommendations to Flight Centre management team.
- Support and develop training initiatives.
- Contribute to FCTG strategy development.

**Position Requirements**:

- 2 - 3 years of experience in Training Management
- Intimate knowledge of policies, procedures & global practices.
- Must be fluent in English.
- Must know SABRE / AMADEUS.
- Proven successful performance in training or Advisory role in a large organization.
- Knowledge of future trends in training and ability to think strategically to create innovative future training practices.
- An understanding of the alignment of all training practices with organizational strategy and business outcomes.
- Experienced strategic Business Partner demonstrated ability to establish strong relationships with key business partners and executive leadership.
- Excellent written, oral and presentation skills
- Strategically, analytically and data driven.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Computer proficiency (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint)
