Team Leader/supervisor/trainer

We’re seeking a dynamic and experienced Team Leader to drive our sales team to new heights.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, support, and training to enhance performance and productivity.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
- Monitor team performance and metrics, providing regular feedback and coaching to ensure high levels of success.
- Conduct regular team meetings to review progress, address challenges, and share best practices.
- Collaborate with the management team to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Handle escalated issues and resolve conflicts to maintain a positive and productive team environment.
- Prepare and present reports on team performance, sales results, and other relevant metrics to senior management.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in B2B sales, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role within a call center environment (sales campaigns).
- Strong understanding of sales strategies, call center operations, and performance metrics.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and motivational skills.
- C1 or C2 English level.
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency with CRM software and other sales tools.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and dedication to fostering a positive work culture.
**What We Offer**:
- Monthly base salary of $18,000.00 net Mexican pesos (bi-weekly pay).
- Uncapped performance-based incentives + a special Team Leader bonus structure (paid monthly).
