Our focus is on meeting individual consumer and patient needs with superior outcomes in partnership with healthcare professionals.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute the annual training plan with Sales and Marketing Managers, focusing on product knowledge and commercial skills.
2. Plan, coordinate, and develop content for sales training programs, emphasizing technical and behavioral skills.
3. Propose strategies and activities based on training needs assessments for sales force development.
4. Monitor and evaluate training performance indicators and sales force development.
5. Identify new training opportunities and implement them.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
2. Advanced English skills.
3. Minimum 3 years of experience as a Sales Force Trainer.
4. Minimum 2 years of experience as a Medical Representative.
5. Experience in Ecommerce is essential.
