**Responsibilities**:

Analista en la implementación del Modelo de Terminaciones en Latam.

**Tu impacto**

Como HR Ops Asst Analyst tus funciones constarían de
- Generar calculos de finiquitos del personal, incluyendo las percepciones y deducciones extras así como la liquidación de beneficios en base a los lineamientos de ley y políticas
- Garantizar Aplicación de Interfases y Rutas de registro para la aplicación de bajas en Plataformas Internas y Externas
- Participar en pruebas de ajustes en sistemas y validar que los cálculos sean correctos
- Validar Polizas Contables
- Elaborar Solicitudes de Pago
- Realizar Constancias Laborales obligatorias por Gobiernos Locales
- Cumplimiento Control Sox
- Cumplimiento de SLA y OLAS
- Indicadores
- Conciliaciones bases de datos

Qualifications:
**¿A quién buscamos?**
- Licenciatura en Administración de Empresas o Carrera afin
- Experiência en administración de personal, nóminas o campo relacionado
- Conocimientos en Leyes fiscales y Laborales
- Experiência práctica en software de administración de personal
- Conocimiento en Excel Avanzado
- Experiência en Cálculos de Nómina y Finiquito
- Experto en cálculo de impuesto sobre la renta y leyes fiscales
