Sales Executive

Position Overview:
As a Sales Executive at FedEx, you will be responsible for promoting and selling a comprehensive range of FedEx products and services to both existing and prospective clients within a designated geographic area. Your efforts will contribute to the overall revenue growth of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Engage with current customers to maximize sales opportunities and drive incremental revenue within your assigned territory.
2. Identify and pursue new business prospects, employing various sales strategies to attract non-FedEx clients.
3. Establish a robust lead generation process utilizing all available FedEx resources, ensuring a consistent influx of quality leads.
4. Create and execute a detailed sales plan that encompasses all required activities, including sales and service calls, proposal presentations, and travel as necessary.
5. Maintain a comprehensive territory intelligence system to track sales activities, account details, market trends, and competitive insights.
6. Collaborate with station personnel to resolve customer issues promptly and effectively.
7. Compile and submit regular sales reports to the Sales Manager.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of two years in professional sales, preferably in commercial or industrial sectors.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated with strong organizational and prioritization abilities.
- Proficient in human relations and negotiation techniques.
- Capable of delivering presentations to diverse audiences.
- Willingness to travel and proficient in computer applications.
- Fluent in English (TOEIC score of 600 or above).
