The Admin Assistant is responsible for the company's administrative tasks:
- Performs a variety of administrative and HR support activities as required.
- Schedule meetings and coordinate interviews
- Greet visitors and clients and help direct them
- Communicate with customers and the departments in the company.
- Run periodic reports according to the company's needs.
- Data entry in various platforms for different purposes.
- Maintaining databases
- Follow up on scheduled jobs and document them.
Minimum requirements:
- Fluency in English (spoken and written)
- Strong communication skills
- Multitasking
- Organizational skills
**Salary**: From $11,500.00 per month
**Education**:
- Bachelor's (preferred)
**Experience**:
- administrative: 2 years (required)
