El Representante de Servicio al Cliente es un puesto de nível inicial responsable de proporcionar asistencia a los empleados de la sucursal y así permitir una experiência positiva de servicio al cliente y llevar a cabo actividades bancarias diarias en coordinación con la función de Servicio al Cliente. El objetivo general es prestar un servicio al cliente de alta calidad y lograr la satisfacción del cliente al ofrecer soluciones óptimas.

**Responsabilidades**:

- Gestionar y coordinar los recursos de las sucursales, como documentos financieros y los valores en moneda nacional y extranjera.
- Asistir a los Cajeros en las actividades bancarias diarias para garantizar que los procesos se completen de manera eficaz y precisa.
- Controlar y manejar efectivo, formularios evaluados y medios de acceso.
- Supervisar protocolos bancarios y asegurarse de que se completen correctamente.
- Conciliar las transacciones de cajeros con la contabilidad de la sucursal.
- Llevar a cabo seguimientos y tareas administrativas bancarias, según sea necesario para la sucursal.
- Asistir en la apertura y gestión de las cuentas de los clientes.
- Asistir en las operaciones en ventanilla y canalizar el exceso hacia otras sucursales.
**Calificaciones**:

- Experiência relevante de entre 2 y 4 años en servicio al cliente.
- Conocimiento de reglamentaciones y procesos operativos de la sucursal.
- Experiência con Microsoft Office.
- Experiência en contabilidad básica o contabilidad bancaria.
**Educación**:

- Diploma de bachillerato o equivalente.
