Como Customer Service Manager Tampico, tu responsabilidad principal será liderar y dirigir al equipo de servicio al cliente para garantizar el cumplimiento y superación de los estándares establecidos. Esto se logra mediante el seguimiento de SLAs, la implementación de soluciones efectivas para los clientes, el cumplimiento de los KPIs,
Ofrecemos $65,000 de salario 100% Nóminal + bono trimestral por alcance de metas

Mínimo 3 años de experiência ininterrumpida en puesto de gerencia o supervisión de Servicio a clientes o área**:

- ** Experiência en sectores logística, ecommerce o paquetería ( deseable)**:
- ** Experiência gestionando servicio a clientes de plataformas SAAS**:
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita.
- Capacidad demostrada para liderar, motivar y desarrollar equipos.
- ** Experiência en la gestión y cumplimiento de SLAs y KPIs.**:
- Conocimiento profundo de las prácticas y procesos de servicio al cliente.
- Habilidad para trabajar de manera eficiente bajo presión y cumplir con los plazos establecidos.
- Fuertes habilidades de resolución de problemas y capacidad para abordar desafíos complejos de manera efectiva.
