- To identify technical errors so the rest of the team can solve them

- Demonstrates the ability to adapt to constant change to meet individual and business needs
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail to anticipate the needs of our customers
- Navigate multiple systems and digital tools to service our customers.
- Handle basic issues and problems from our ecommerce site.

- Bachelors degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Customer focus and Service oriented
- Medium English level
