**About this Job**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Identify and develop sales opportunities in the logistics and transportation market in Guadalajara.
- Establish and maintain solid relationships with leading companies in the sector, as well as build and manage a portfolio of key clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective lead generation and promotion strategies for logistics and transportation services.
- Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals, setting clear goals and providing the necessary support to achieve them.
- Participate in negotiations and closing contracts, ensuring beneficial terms for both the company and the client.
- Stay up-to-date on trends and developments in the logistics and transportation sector to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager, preferably in the logistics and transportation sector, with a proven track record of success in meeting sales targets.
- In-depth knowledge of the main logistics and transportation companies in Guadalajara and their operation in the local market.
- Established portfolio of industry contacts and clients, with exceptional skills in creating and managing business relationships.
- Ability to lead and motivate teams, as well as to work collaboratively with other departments.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Results oriented, proactive and able to adapt to a dynamic environment.
- University degree in Management, International Business, Logistics or a related field
- Intermediate English - Advanced
