We also help merchants connect with their customers, process exchanges and returns, and manage risk. We enable consumers to engage in cross-border shopping and merchants to extend their global reach while reducing the complexity and friction involved in enabling cross-border trade.

**Meet our team**
As an intern, you will work closely with the Head of Channel Partners and the Partner Success Manager, focusing on both Mexico and rest of LATAM deals. This role offers you the opportunity to build relationships and collaborate with diverse teams, including Sales, Professional Services, Marketing, Legal, and Finance.
**Your way to impact**
As a Channel Partners intern, you will have a direct impact on the information used for key decision-making within the organization, enhancing partner engagement and driving growth. Additionally, you will utilize partner dashboards and our CRM system to ensure accurate data management and the effective execution of marketing initiatives.
**Your day to day**
- Create the Partner Referral Program for Mexico.
- Analyze the user experience of various partners to identify opportunities for product enhancements and integrations.
- Gain proficiency in using various partner dashboards to conduct analysis and inform decision-making.
- Analyze the revenue share associated with each partner.
- Acquire proficiency in using our CRM system and ensure information is well-organized and up-to-date.
- Establish relationships with teams such as Sales, Professional Services, Marketing, and Finance to identify areas for efficiency.
- Coordinate marketing initiatives to ensure all activities are executed accurately and effectively.
