**Summary**:
Profesionales de ventas experimentados responsables de alcanzar los objetivos de ventas para una(s) cuenta(s) específica(s). Responsable de establecer e implementar un plan de ventas / negocios para una base de clientes designada o la implementación de un programa de ventas específico para apoyar de manera efectiva el viaje del paciente y posicionar adecuadamente a Novartis y sus marcas.
**About the Role**:
Las responsabilidades incluyen, pero no se limitan a:
- Impulsar las ventas, la promoción, abastecimiento y el desarrollo en las cuentas designadas para alcanzar los objetivos comerciales.
- Desarrollar la estrategia de desarrollo de clientes y planes de acción dedicados para cuentas asignadas.
- Establecer y desarrollar relaciones a largo plazo con clientes clave. Adquirir una comprensión completa de las necesidades y requisitos clave del cliente. Ampliar las relaciones con los clientes existentes proponiendo continuamente soluciones que satisfagan sus necesidades y objetivos.
- Liderar la preparación de estrategias y planes tácticos individuales y dar aportes estratégicos en términos de análisis, potencial futuro y programas clave requeridos para las cuentas.
- Dar seguimiento a contratos, y guiar las iniciativas que la empresa lanza para apuntar a una cuenta particular.
- Organizar eventos de clientes y otros programas de forma independiente o con el departamento de marketing/médico, de acuerdo con los planes tácticos de negocio acordados.
- Contribuir a la cartografía de las partes interesadas, incluida la segmentación y la elaboración de perfiles, y proporcionar datos precisos y oportunos para el sistema CRM de Novartis.
- Analizar las tendencias del mercado para definir un plan de promoción proactivo.

**Requisitos indispensables**:
- Título universitario
- Experiência previa en roles de ventas a nível institucional
- Conocimiento del mercado público
- Manejo de cuentas clave
- Capacidad para comprender y comunicar con claridad temas científicos.
- Excelentes habilidades para influir, persuadir y negociar con diferentes equipos y socios
- Altos estándares de Ética e Integridad
