**BAT MEXICO IS LOOKING FOR A REVENUE AND PRICING MANAGER**
**SENIORITY LEVEL**:Manager
**FUNCTION**: Commercial Finance
**LOCATION**:Monterrey, Mexico
**ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES**
This role is responsible for the regional pricing strategy, working as a business partner for Finance and Marketing senior leaders in end markets by providing key commercial insights, thus assisting in ensuring that the end market growth activities contribute to the success and effective resource allocation decisions are made across the value chain.
**WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR**
- Lead pricing Agenda in Mexico.
- Business partnering with markets for the pricing and Revenue agenda.
- Lead RGM opportunities within our markets.
- Preparing various analytical and management reporting for business in a timely and accurate manner
- Reporting Financial Documents
- Delivery of Financial Assessments to Finance Lead Team
- Find Potential Risk and Opportunities to deliver expected results.
- Drive financial strategy for current year and the next
- Support ad-hoc financial reports and projects as assigned, including new business opportunities or initiatives.
- Identifying and driving continuous improvement across key financial processes.
**ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, AND KNOWLEDGE**
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in economy, international finance, accounting or similar.
- Strong experience with Microsoft Office Excel.
- Demonstrated ability of 5 years in Finance.
- Advance English proficiency: written and speaking.
- Experience in revenue oriented roles.
- Intercultural competencies from international experience or personal background.
- Capable to understand and analyse impacts of business decisions on financial results.
- Have strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Very good communication skills, organizational skills, ability to prioritize and work with tight deadlines.
- Multi-tasks; good in data mining and consolidating large amount of data.
- Proactive and willing to continuous development.
- Be an inspiring and engaging individual capable to influence around different areas.
- Be driven and ambitious.
