**"Customer Service Account Coordinator"**

**JOB DESCIPTION**

Manage and follow up on established action plans, being a link in timely communication with customers.

Conduct negotiations to ensure total customer satisfaction.

Communicate to the internal areas of the agreements generated and

Interact with the various work teams to ensure that agreements are fulfilled

**Preferred Skills and Qualifications**

Bachelor's degree in administration and/or related.

Experience: 3 years in similar position, customer service, negotiation, oral expression and follow-up of merchandise arrival.

Languages: Advanced English

**Key responsibilities**

3 years in a similar position Providing information to customers, with topics such as process changes, updates, new products, etc.

Follow up and closing of the stock recovery process.

Follow up on assignments and their delivery in a timely manner.

Generate and follow up KPIs on a weekly basis.

Follow up on the registration, changes and closing of stores.

Provide solution and follow up to critical problems, interacting with involved areas.

Update descriptions, codes and new products.

Attending scheduled meetings with customers, being responsible for the fulfillment of the minutes.

**Gross Salary**: 35,000 Mexican pesos
