Responsibility and Impact:
From prospecting to analytical planning, you'll be in control of your responsibilities. Your contributions will directly impact our growth and success.
Role Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential clients in alignment with our segment and market strategy.
- Proactively reach out to potential clients through calls and meetings, providing accurate and tailored quotes and solutions.
- Maintain end-to-end oversight of operations, ensuring smooth processes from order placement to billing and payment follow-up.
- Collaborate with other teams within the company to share leads and provide market insights, contributing to strategic account activities.
- Drive cross-selling and upselling efforts, effectively closing deals for new products and routes.
- Utilize your analytical skills for logistics planning and strategic decision-making.
Qualifications:
- 1 to 2 years of experience in sales roles within the freight forwarding industry.
- Strong knowledge of the American market in the freight forwarding context.
- Self-driven individual with a proven history of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset and ability to perform effective logistics planning.
- Fluency in English (business level non-negotiable).
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
