**Join our team as a Logistics Sales Supervisor**
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in International Business, International Trade, or a related field (Master's degree in the area is a plus).
- 2-4 years of verifiable work experience as a Ground Freight Logistics Sales Supervisor, Account Specialist, Key Account Specialist, etc.** (commercial experience in logistics is a must).**:
- **Advanced** conversational and written English (a must).
- Experience working with customers and a solid understanding of ground freight market dynamics, and industry trends.
- Leadership and management skills, as well as results orientation.
**Responsibilities**:
- Provide guidance and high-performance development of the sales team focused on ground freight services.
- Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities for the business.
- Lead regular meetings to communicate goals, updates, and performance expectations to the team.
- Develop and implement a sales plan to achieve monthly goals.
- Build strong relationships with key customers in the overland sector.
Working conditions:
- Schedule: Monday to Friday from 7:50 am to 5:00 pm.
- Base salary + bonuses
