**Descripción del empleo**

**Requisitos**:

- **Escolaridad**:Preparatoria - licenciatura en logística o admon o afín.
- **Experiência**:3 años como Ejecutivo de cuentas, servicio al cliente.
- **Excel**- intermedio indispensable (se aplica prueba)

**Competencias**: Comunicación efectiva, solución de problemas, auto dirigible, manejo de presión y tolerancia a la frustración. Análisis lógico y detección de oportunidades.

**FUNCIONES**
- Elaboración de reportes de seguimiento a la operación a lo largo de la distribución y entrega.
- Asegurar el cumplimiento de los indicadores acordados con el cliente.
- Dar seguimiento a las incidencias del servicio ya sea propias o imputables al cliente (devolución y/o cancelación).
- Coordinar la entrega conforme a fecha comprometida por tipo de servicio, respetando los tiempos tránsito.
- Reportes de todo tipo de incidencia que impida la entrega exitosa, en tiempo y forma para reacción inmediata con cliente.
- Gestionar los desvíos operativos con las áreas involucradas en una entrega, proveedores (paquetería, transporte) equipo operativo interno y cliente.
- Atención, seguimiento y solución de quejas.
- Uso y aplicación correcta de los formatos de seguimiento y actualización para compartir con cliente interno y externo.
- Entendimiento y cumplimiento de los acuerdos comerciales y operativos básicos (tiempos de entrega, tipos de servicio, restricciones operativas).

Ofrecemos:
Sueldo: $10,000 BRUTOS

PL y superiores, Vales de despensa $2,018

Zona: Tlalnepantla, Av. Gustavo Baz

Horario: lunes a viernes de 8:30 a 17:30 pm

Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completo

Salario: $10,000.00 al mes
