**Requisitos**:

- Lic. o Ing.
- Experiência en ventas
- Preferentemente experiência en la industria automotriz
- 5 años de experiência en puesto similar (deseable)
- Inglés Avanzado

**Responsabilidades**:

- Desarrollo de labores de venta para torre internacional y apoyo con labores de captación de clientes de corredor MTY-Laredo, Bajio, Saltillo y Altamira
- Colaborar con Dirección en la elaboración del plan estratégico de actuación y participar en su seguimiento, definiendo nuevas oportunidades de clientes a partir de la situación actual de la compañía.
- Desarrollar el plan comercial de la compañía, incluyendo el seguimiento del presupuesto de ventas, llevando a cabo estrategias, colaboraciones o alianzas con el objetivo de crecer y ganar más presencia de mercado.
- Seguimiento de previsiones de ventas y control de márgenes.
- Definir el plan de marketing, supervisar y coordinar las actividades de marketing.
- Búsqueda activa de nuevas oportunidades comerciales a través de nuevos canales. Participación activa en labores de fidelización y seguimiento de la cartera actual de clientes.
- Realizar un análisis de tiempo al pensar en el futuro, la visión y la misión, haciendo reflexión de mercado, competencia y contexto económico para aplicar un cambio en el modelo de negocio si fuera necesario.
- Cubrimiento de todo el proceso de venta de las oportunidades con los clientes. Toma de requisitos, elaboración de una propuesta, organización del equipo de trabajo, inicio de proyecto y seguimiento del mismo.
