PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
Participate in support and co-creation of commercial programs based on the needs and strategies in the RRP´s category, in order to generate greater engagement and effective LEADS. Through these programs we seek to increase the more than 29 thousand active users in Mexico and generate greater demand for our reduced risk products. As well as being able to add to the volume of 7.0 Mios de Heets per month that we currently commercialize.

Ensure the correct operation and implementation of the commercial programs through specific performance monitoring (analysis and information reports) guaranteeing the return of the investment of each one. Follow up for the payment processes of national, regional chains and general trade, in different channels and audiences where the program are implemented, in addition to being the link with all areas involved in the payment processes.

ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Participate in the co-design of commercial programs for the Reduced Risk Products category in Mexico in all sales channels (Sales Programs for Direct and Indirect Retail / Rewards EGM, RGM, MGM). Currently there is an investment of 1.3 Mio USD per year in these programs.

Qualitatively ensure that the commercial programs fulfill the expected purpose for the participants of the initiative, such as the commercial objectives that the areas involved seek through the volume capitalization, market share and generation of new users..

Ensure in all commercial channels the possibility of implementing the programs in accordance with the guidelines and policies of PPM and those of our business partners. Follow up on the implementation through the correct analysis and reporting, which provides the necessary information for the correct and timely payment of the commercial programs implemented in Mexico, aligned with the policies and practices of PPM.

Ensure that commercial programs created for Reduced Risk Products in Mexico have full compliance with applicable legislation, all applicable P&P processes and controls, and internal control requirements by PPM.

Provide follow-up and continuous support (weekly, monthly and annual) in the performance of RRP´s programs in Mexico. Identify opportunity areas of the process and implementation of the programs and validate the necessary changes with the involved areas ensuring the continuous improvement between the investment, the program and its results

Contribute to the design and management of the budget (100 thousand USD per month) assigned to the commercial RRP´s programs implemented in Mexico.

Give full follow-up to the budget executed in the commercial programs of the RRP´s category in Mexico. Report opportunity areas and potential deviations within the budget and propose the corresponding action plans to ensure the purpose of the resources

EXPERIENCE:
