We invite a **Support Engineer** who is excited about technology to join our team **for providing top-class services for worldwide famous users of our cybersecurity product**. You will learn from our experts and get a unique experience to become an expert yourself.
**Responsibilities**:
- Hold technical presentations and online demos explaining our solution to prospective customers
**Work schedule**:
- Monday to Friday 7:00 PM - 4:00 AM (CST)
**Requirements**:
- 2+ years experience in technical support
- Spanish and English languages level (both): Upper-Intermediate and higher
- Good communication skills
**Would be a plus**:
- Knowledge of SQL queries and cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure)
- Work experience with Linux OS (basic troubleshooting, logs collections)
- Certificates in Cyber Security
