Objetivo:
Implementar acciones estratégicas alineadas al plan de marketing -ventas y área comercial de la franquicia de Oncología, para generar nuevas oportunidades de negocio en el mercado privado / gobierno superando los objetivos.
Principales funciones:
Conocimiento y apego estrecho a Políticas ( compliance )
Desarrollar relaciones productivas con clientes clave para el negocio de instituciones públicas y privadas
Incrementar CPM´s -DPNs e inclusión de productos nuevos en el mercado de gobierno.
Generar sinergia en su trabajo con las áreas de MKT, Ventas, Medical y Gobierno para alinear sus objetivos.
Capacidad de análisis para realizar planes de acción e impulsar resultados así como para desarrollar propuestas de valor para el negocio
Desarrollar relaciones internas efectivas y genuinas con los diferentes grupos de trabajo como MKT - Ventas -Comercial -Gobierno - Acceso
Relaciones externas: Compradores, Fuerzas de ventas de clientes (Mayoristas, Distribuidores, Cadenas de Farmacias, Autoservicios, Cadenas Regionales, Centros de infusión), Delegados, Coordinadores de aseguradoras, Coordinadores de formularios privados.
**Requisitos**:
**Formación Profesional: Licenciatura en áreas de la salud preferentemente**
**Experiência: 5 años como representante médico abierto a todas las especialidades (preferentemente Oncología y/o Alta especialidad)**
**Manejo de Software: Ambiente Windows (Excel -Word -PP SAP)**
