**Business Development Intern**

**Funciones**
- Apoyar en la prospección de nuevos clientes para ofrecer productos de seguros.
- Realizar seguimiento de oportunidades y contactos, colaborando en la construcción de relaciones sólidas con clientes potenciales.
- Brindar soporte y atención al cliente, guiando y ayudando a los clientes actuales de manera cálida y empática.
- Gestionar consultas, solicitudes y resolver dudas de clientes para mejorar la experiência del cliente.
- Colaborar en la implementación de mejoras en procesos de experiência del cliente.
- Trabajar en equipo para optimizar los resultados de ventas y atención al cliente, reportando de manera efectiva al equipo de ventas y servicio.

**Requisitos**
- Educación: Cursando o egresado de carrera en Administración, Negocios Internacionales, Marketing, Comunicaciones o afines.
- Experiência: Deseable experiência en ventas, servicio al cliente o roles de atención al cliente.
- Conocimientos: Familiaridad con tecnología y herramientas de CRM es un plus. (Deseable)
- Idiomas: Inglés hablado nível intermedio es un must.
- Habilidades informáticas: Manejo de herramientas de ofimática y plataformas de gestión de clientes.

Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completo, Por periodo de prueba
Duración del contrato: 3 meses

Sueldo: $9,000.00 - $10,000.00 al mes
