**Responsibilities**:
**The** **Opportunity**

This role supports the US based Advanced Planning (AP) team by leading Aquafina invoicing activity, updating key reports, making adjustments based on operational changes, owning order creation, and working with the AP team to verify Process Orders.

**Your Impact**

As an Aquafina Order Planner Analyst your functions would consist of:

- Aquafina invoicing activity (Approx 3 days/wk)
- Process shipments and receipts
- Invoice via company´s communication
- Update key reports (Daily)
- Export data set and update Aquafina Tracker
- Bill Of Landing (BOL) Adjustments (Daily)
- Adjust BOLs in Avail based on new parameter/update
- Log adjustments in shared file on SharePoint
- Report distribution

Qualifications:
**Who Are We Looking For?**
- 6 months-2 years supply chain experience
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in a related field (Supply Chain, Logistics, IE, etc.)
- Fluent knowledge of and use of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
