La / el HRBP será responsable de la administración general de los procesos de recursos humanos y del seguimiento adecuado de los mismos de acuerdo con las exigencias y actualizaciones del área, asegurando el el correcto aprovechamiento y funcionamiento de los distintos flujos del área. Sera responsable y directo para facilitar el soporte a usuarios de planta y se asegurará de desarrollar una comunicación interna óptima, así como una correcta implementación de los proyectos y/o programas.

Será responsable de la correcta ejecución del ciclo de los procesos de recursos humanos desde atraer, reclutar, y seleccionar a los nuevos Camparistas, dar seguimiento a procesos de talento y desarrollo interno participando activamente en el desarrollo de cultura y habilidades de entrenamiento de los modelos operativos siempre en cumplimiento de las normas y políticas internas garantizando un clima laboral optimo para el desarrollo de las actividades dentro de un ambiente de manufactura y producción así como promoverá la reputación y el EVP de la empresa como “el mejor lugar para trabajar”.

La misión de la/el HRBP es:

- Impulsar la reputación de la empresa a través del “Employee Value Proposition” y los reconocimientos como “mejor lugar para trabajar”.
- Administarr y mantener actualizados los modelos de habilidades y competencias de los procesos operativos garantizando el desarrollo del talento interno.
- Gestionar procesos de gestión de talento y desempeño durante todo el ciclo.
- Mantener los programas del área siempre con una ejecución de excelencia y atención al detalle.
- Apoyar en la gestión de nuevos proyectos o programas para los empleados.

**Responsabilidades Principales y Actividades**

**Atracción de talento**
- Fomentar la atracción de talento para contar con el mejor talento humano en la compañía a través de propuestas que puedan impulsar el employer branding.
- Llevar a cabo la cobertura de vacantes que le sean asignadas conforme al nível de responsabilidad incluyendo toda la estructura de la cadena de suministro.
- Asegurar el control y seguimiento de las posiciones de estructura asignadas atraves de Talent Acquistion.
- Colaborar en conjunto con las distintas agencias de reclutamiento para ser eficientes en la búsqueda de talento dentro de la organización, de igual manera mantener una constante búsqueda de opciones de agencias que pudieran apoyar en la cobertura de posiciones operativas.
- Mantener actualizadas las descripciones de puesto de las posiciones vigentes en la compañía
- Responsable de solicitar los documentos para expediente físico y digital a nuevos empleados, así como brindar apoyo en la elaboración de documentos necesarios para concluir el proceso.
- Desarrollar e implementar el programa de inducción para nuevos empleados de todos los níveles, corroborando con las diferentes áreas la correcta instalación en el lugar de trabajo, herramientas, accesos a las plataformas de HR (Desempeño y Desarrollo) y tarjetas de acceso a nuevos empleados.
- Garantizar una óptima incorporación de los empleados a la compañía a través de un adecuado seguimiento al onboarding plan y asegurar que se cuenta con las herramientas para la correcta incorporación de los nuevos Camparistas.

**Administración de personal**
- Responsable de la correcta aplicación del modelo de recompensa de resultados operativos en planta, ejecución, actualización, seguimiento y comunicación a empleados.
- Primer contacto de servicio para los empleados en los temas involucrados a HR.
- Validación, seguimiento y control del programa de incentivo local. Bono Operativo.
- Apoyo en la planeación y coordinación de programas y eventos corporativos locales e iniciativas dirigidas al personal.
- Control y ejecución del presupuest
