Estamos buscando a una persona entusiasta para hacer las funciones de **Telemarketing,** que genere leads, ya sea con llamadas en frio, generando bases de datos, contestando a requerimientos de prospectos y posibles clientes que compren nuestros productos o servicios. Serás responsable de influir positivamente en probables clientes para comprar nuestros productos o servicios.

El objetivo es crecer nuestra base de clientes de la compañia.

**Responsabilidades**
- Cold Calls a personas ya sea desde una base de datos o generando una.
- Contestar a las llamadas entrantes de los prospectos. O de una base de datos resultado de un Call to Action donde dejen sus datos los prospectos.
- Utilización de scripts para proveer de información acerca de nuestros productos, funcionalidades, precios, y presentar los beneficios
- Realizar las preguntas pertinentes a los prospectos para identificar sus necesidades y requerimientos. Identificar tomadores de decision y validar presupuestos.
- Persuadir a los prospectos a comprar, demostrando cómo nuestros productos y servicios resuelven sus necesidades.
- Ingresar información precisa sobre los prospectos en el Sistema de la empresa.
- Lidiar con quejas o preocupaciones de los clientes para mantener la buena reputación de la compañia.
- Exceder la cuota de ventas y facilitar futuras ventas.
- Mantener un record de las llamadas y ventas así como la información de los clientes y prospectos.
- Generar bases de datos de prospectos y calificarlos para que se conviertan en futuros clientes.

**Requerimientos**
- Experiência comprobable como Telemarketing orientado a resultados.
- Perseguir un record comprobable de reuniones exitosas de ventas, preferentemente por teléfono.
- Conocimiento relevante de sistemas como CRM.
- Excelente capacidad de comunicación y habilidades de presentación.
- Habilidades de negociación en ambientes complejos y difíciles con los prospectos y clientes.
- Persistente y orientado a resultados indispensable.
- Capacidad de manejar pacientemente las reacciones negativas de los prospectos y sus objeciones.
- Licenciatura completada en el área de económico administrativa, comunicación, relaciones públicas, ingeniería o afín.
- Manejo del idioma Inglés de negocios indispensable.
