Commercial Coordinator

**Descripción del Puesto/de la Posición**
Trabajar en forma conjunta con el Director General y todo los miembros del comité ejecutivo para proporcionar la ayuda necesaria y anticipada para permitir la fluidez en el área de trabajo; enfocado en tareas administrativas, logísticas y operativas a cargo de la posición a través de la gestión de la agenda del Director General, gestión presupuestal a través de órdenes de compra y cuentas de gastos que estén relacionadas con el mismo; llevar al día todos los trámites y procesos administrativos para que fluyan los procesos de compra, gastos, pagos, entre otros cumpliendo con las buenas prácticas y valores de la empresa.
**Responsabilidades**
- Actualización, gestión, control y manejo de la agenda de Dirección General.
- Apoyo y soporte a directores de las áreas de apoyo que estén relacionadas con la Dirección General.
- Elaboración de reporte de gastos manteniendo las tarjetas corporativas al corriente.
- Coordinación de eventos corporativos (fiestas de fin de año, convenciones nacionales de ventas, eventos internos de la mano con la dirección de Recursos Humanos, Marketing, Ventas).
- Administración y manejo de información de la Dirección General.
- Realización y seguimiento de las minutas de las reuniones en los que la Dirección General lo solicita.
- Facilitador en reuniones semanales y mensuales del comité ejecutivo (reservaciones de las salas de junta, gestión de servicios generales, coffee break, entre otros).
- Realización y seguimiento a órdenes de compra a través de SAP (Comet).
- Pago a proveedores.
- Provisionamiento mensual de órdenes de compra para mantener el Budget destinado a los gastos dentro de las órdenes de compra.
- Gestión de viajes: compra de boletos de avión, reservaciones de hoteles, transportación y todo lo necesario para los viajes de negocio de la Dirección General y otras áreas a través del portal Concur.
- Apoyo logístico y administrativo a las direcciones de Finanzas y Recursos Humanos.
**Educación, Experiência y Habilidades Requeridas**
- Licenciatura terminada.
- Inglés avanzado.
- Manejo intermedio paquetería Office y deseable Project básico.
- Manejo de presupuesto.
- Manejo de proveedores y eventos.
- Organización y enfoque a procesos.
