Job Description
The Senior Commercial Project Coordinator will be responsible for supporting Project Managers in the delivery of construction projects across Mexico and Latin America. This will involve working closely with stakeholders to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
  • Experience in working in the construction industry and/or project coordination experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years working experience in a Project Compliance Coordination role or Document Control role. Ideally your experience will be in Commercial Office or Retail projects.
  • General understanding of the procurement process and contract types for appointing a General Contractor, Engineer and Architect.
  • Experience managing and inputting information into a shared database.
  • Experience establishing purchase orders, budget variations, and payments to vendors.
  • Proficient with collaborative software including SharePoint.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office in particular a strong understanding of PowerPoint and Excel.
