**Habilidades**:
- Rol técnico con habilidades de liderazgo, SPOC para la operación
- Helpdesk de 1º y 2º nível para usuarios (hardware, software, aplicaciones y herramientas compatibles con TI del grupo) Contacto de soporte in situ (mano / ojos) para proyectos, Service Desk y otros equipos de TI del grupo.
- Comprobaciones, soporte y mantenimiento de equipos de oficina (impresoras, proyectores, pantallas de salas de reuniones, sistemas de videoconferencia, etc.)
- Registro de llamadas de Service Central (SC) u otro sistema de registro de tickets
- Reparación y mantenimiento de roturas H/W
- Papeleo para la gestión de activos y finanzas
- Preparación de PC (W'10 incl. compilación y configuración de MS Office) y entrenamiento de inicio (aprovisionamiento) para nuevos usuarios
- Aprovisionamiento de PC y suministros de PC
- Capacitación de incorporación de nuevos empleados y sesiones formales / informales de conexión
- Dispuesto a trabajar en turnos durante el horario regular de apertura de la oficina
- Dispuesto a trabajar fuera del horario de apertura de la oficina por ocasión
- Dispuesto a viajar a otras oficinas
- El conocimiento de Apple Mac OS es una ventaja
- El inglés fluido es obligatorio
- Debe asistir a la oficina diariamente - Aguascalientes
- Ingles avanzado.
