**Conocimientos y experiência necesaria**:
- Como Group IT es una organización global, muchos de estos contactos se realizan en inglés, tanto hablado como escrito.
- Mesa de ayuda de 1er y 2do nível para usuarios (hardware, software, aplicaciones y herramientas compatibles con TI del grupo) Contacto de soporte en el sitio (mano/ojos) para proyectos, mesa de servicio y otros equipos de TI del grupo.
- Revisión, soporte y mantenimiento de equipos de oficina (impresoras, proyectores, pantallas de salas de reuniones, sistemas de videoconferencia, etc.)
- Registro de llamadas de Service Central (SC) u otro sistema de registro de tickets
- Reparación y mantenimiento de roturas de H/W.
- Trámites para la gestión de activos y finanzas.
- Preparativos de PC (W'10, incluida la compilación y configuración de MS Office) y capacitación inicial (aprovisionamiento) para nuevos usuarios
- Aprovisionamiento de suministro de PC y PC
- Capacitación de incorporación para nuevos empleados y sesiones de conexión formales/informales.
- Dispuesto a trabajar por turnos durante el horario habitual de apertura de la oficina.
- Dispuesto a trabajar fuera del horario de oficina según ocasión.
- Dispuesto a viajar a otras ubicaciones de oficinas.
- El conocimiento de Apple Mac OS es una ventaja
- Debe asistir a oficina diariamente - Aguascalientes
- Inglés Avanzado.
